Ring Order:
Member sites are automatically ordered according to Site Popularity, on the Ring Hub Page (i.e., at WebRing).
On the Ring HomePage & Directory (where you currently are) sites are ordered alphabetically and by popularity, as well.
Due to its large size and variety, the Holiday Year Round Ring is additionally ordered by Holiday, here (not on the Ring Hub). (You can check it here.)
The additional lists (holiday by holiday) are intended to make it easier for our Ring surfers to find any particular Holiday they'd like to. This, in turn, helps ensure us good traffic in the Ring.
Please note that WebRing attributes to the term popularity the following meaning: "traffic that a page delivers to the Ring."
Though you won't feature your page in MieNet's Rings, it can feature itself ! So, would you like to be on top of the list?
Then please ensure that your NavBar is visible, and easily reached by your visitors!
You may additionally choose to invite your visitors to surf the Ring.
There are wonderful sites in all MieNet's Rings, so your visitors are likely to be happy for the opportunity and to enjoy the experience.
Please note that MieNet's Ring order policy allows your page to feature itself, so to speak – a well-deserved token of appreciation for the traffic you are helping provide to all Ring members!
In other words, the right your page earns to figure on top of the list is a truly fair alternative for site featuring, as far as the entire group is concerned.
For it neither results from payment, nor from any special favor, but from merit; moreover, this possibility is open, at all times, to any and all Ring members!
Finally, as the group develops, we all reap the good benefits!:) And if your page is among the very first, on the Ring members' list (Hub & Home), you are very likely to enjoy a greater number of visitors than the average, in turn.
This is the single way available for featuring your page, please remember.
Right when you join the Ring, your page is first placed on top of the list, so as to give your page a boost start. Now and then, I shuffle the Ring order (on the Ring Hub Page), for 24 hours or so, as a way of re-energizing the Ring, so to speak. So, pls. do not be surprised, if you expect to see your page on one of the top places, but suddenly finds it, one day, somewhere midway through the list. Pls. remember it will not be for long!
